1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped green chilly
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
1 tsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
3 cups vegetable stock
salt to taste
2 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
How to prepare:
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and green chilly and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the onions and saute on a medium flame.
- Add the cabbage and carrots and saute on a medium flame.
- Add the vegetable stock, lemon juice, salt , mix well.Mix water to cornflour and also add it and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the coriander and mix well.
